• Tap 'create' and then 'use the camera'
• Tap on the screen to start filming

Upload

• When you are done filming, choose a filter if you want to add some extra swag
• Comment and tag so people can find your video easier
• When you're happy just tap 'done' 
• While your video is uploading you can choose to set your video on public or private
• Once it's done, your awesome video will come back 
• If you save your video to upload later, then you can find it under 'uploads'. Make sure to upload your videos or else your friends are missing out on your angle.
